NOTE: These guides are out of date. I am no longer playing EVE (at least for a while, I'm so busy with real life work). The Maller guide should still work well as the same. The Rupture will be a good starting point and will still work, but it needs some revamping due to missle changes.

Of course the 10mn AB won't work on frigates anymore so that counts out a lot. Use a MWD instead, or even a 1mn AB. That should steer you in the right direction for the frigates. (Especailly the Rifter)

Executioner On Crack - FREE [IGB]
Fast little devil is great for things like cargo runs or even taking out larger ships! Prelude to Amarr interceptors.

Rifter (A Complete Guide) - FREE [IGB]
How to setup a 2 million ISK Rifter. Notes about how the patch effected this legendary ship and how it still can be just as good as before if not better! --- UPDATE --- 10mn ABs don't work anymore on frigs, well they do, but the intertia is very bad. Start with an MWD and go from there.

Sacrilege
Yes the Sacrilege as many know is a GREAT tank...but the damage? Yes, it can also do good damage. I've found a way to make the ship worthwhile after reading through many many setups people use and testing out some things myself. This setup that I am testing now exists no where on any forum. (Well, except a private one that I posted to and it was only a test setup! I will be finalizing soon)
